PGECET 2012 Counselling Notification Soon!!
Hi friends!
PGECET 2012 counselling will be started once EAMCET 2012 counselling completely. The final phase of EAMCET counseling will be completed in the first week of October.
So the notification is expected to be released
before 15th October 2012.
Also many students have doubts regarding the
fee structure for this year M.Tech/M.Pharm admissions. As it was in EAMCET, fee
structure will be different for different colleges. But still we cannot predict
exactly what will be the fee unless the notification is released.
If fee structure
varies do all students get fee reimbursement?.
Government may decide to provide fee
reimbursement up to some extent. That means if the college fee is same as the
reimbursement fee you will be lucky that your M.Tech course can be completed
free of cost. But if the college fee
is high government will provide fee reimbursement only up to the max level .e., 35, 000/-. The remaining fee is to be borne by the candidate.
However GATE
qualified students need not worry because they are going to receive a stipend
of Rs.8000/- per month for the entire course duration i.e. 2 years. GATE
qualifiers are not eligible to fee reimbursement program given by AP
government.

PGECET 2012 Counselling Dates
GATE and also applied for PGEC or who had qualified PGECET 2012 exam can expect
Counselling schedule soon.
Many students are in search for PGECET 2012 counselling dates. Last year the counselling is delayed a lot due to telangana issue and various strikes. But this year we can hope that counselling can start at an earlier stage.
But till now the counselling notification is not released officially. Once it releases, it will notified on this blogspot
Many students are also having doubts whether they can get seat in their desired college or not. I want to clarify that first priority is always given to GATE qualified student. The seats which are left vacant after admitting PGEC students will only be filled by PGECET 2012 students. So PGEC (GATE qualified) students always enjoy high chances of getting seat.
Also students will require to pay fee for PGECET 2012 counselling. For example for the last year Processing fee for Certificate Verification PGECET 2011 is Candidates belonging to open category and Backward classes have to pay processing fee of Rs.600/- and Candidates belonging to SC/ST have to pay a fee of Rs.300/-. This fee is applicable for last year and not meant for this year.
Also GATE qualified students are eligible to get scholarship amount Rs.8000/- per month from MHRD. Where as PGECET qualified students may eligible for only fee reimbursement scheme if they come under economic backward class.
If you are interested to know whether you can get seat in your desired college or not then the last year allotment may give a hint on this. Just visit http://pgecet.apsche.ac.in/ and see last year allotment i.e. PGECET/PGEC 2011 Allotment, so that it can clarify some of your doubts.
Once the official notification related to counselling releases it will notified.Be in touch with us.
